Creative Healing Arts

Mary offers a variety of classes, workshops and retreats designed to bring you into a deeper understanding and experience of self-awareness, self-empowerment and self-discovery through the creative process.

The creative process is the process of coming home to yourself, connecting to your inner Light, Essence or Divinity and offering this creation as a celebration of your life.

Creativity is directly linked to our Spirit, or Essence. Through various creative processes we open up to the truth of who we are. Sometimes we need to go within and create through stillness or contemplation, sometimes celebration of our essence is required as in writing, singing, dancing or creating art, and at other times we desire to learn a healing art . Gathering with others to create is another invaluable way to increase and share our experience of life, give honor and form to our own unique expression.
